I found the luxurious and beautifully designed interiors captivating, paired with friendly staff who offered great breakfast options and personalized service! Our room had charming details and fine park views that really elevated our stay!

There were hiccups in service, such as occasional noise disruptions and a bit of confusion over complimentary offerings. I noticed the bathroom lighting could be more user-friendly, impacting the overall experience.

The hotel was spotless with top and best possible location in the centre of Budapest and tastefully decorated rooms. The staff was professional, they were always available. Everything was perfectly fine, no complaints whatsoever, I recommend it.

I really enjoyed my time in the suite with a balcony, where I loved sipping coffee while looking at the park across the street. The peaceful atmosphere of the garden and the comfy lounge area by the bar made my stay even more relaxing. Just a heads up, the breakfast choices could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊
